These terms apply when you use orvyn-solutions.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
The site is run by Orvyn Solutions, a company in the Philippines. We build web systems: ScrapTrack for junkshops, an office system for trucking businesses, and custom builds. In these terms, we, us and our mean Orvyn Solutions.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about what we build and to request a demo. Please don't:
- Use the site to break the law or anyone's rights.
- Try to get into parts of the site, our servers or our accounts that aren't meant for you.
- Disrupt the site, for example by overloading it or sending it harmful code.
- Send spam or automated requests through the demo form.
- Give false details, or someone else's details without their permission.
We may block anyone who breaks these rules.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, please give true and complete details so we can reach you. A demo request isn't a contract. It doesn't oblige you or us to do business. We may decline a request, for example when it looks like spam.

Information on the site
The site is general information about what we build. We try to keep it accurate and current, but it may have errors, and it may change without notice.
Some pages sum up local rules, such as truck bans or permits for junkshops. These summaries help you plan. They aren't legal advice. Rules change, so check with the office in charge before you rely on them.
Screens and figures marked as example data are illustrations, not real records. Some product names are working names and may change.
Prices, quotes and proposals
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Any price or timeline you see on the site, or hear in a demo, is a guide only. We commit to a price, scope and schedule only in a written proposal from us.
Our products and projects
Using ScrapTrack, our trucking system or a custom build is covered by a separate written agreement. These terms cover the website only. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to the product or project it covers.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design, pictures, logos and code belong to Orvyn Solutions or to the people who license them to us. Orvyn and ScrapTrack are our brand names.
You may view, download and print pages for your own use, such as deciding whether to work with us or sharing them inside your business. You may not copy, republish, sell or change our content, or use our names or logos, without our written permission.
Other names on the site, such as WhatsApp and Viber, belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as the government pages we use as sources. We don't control those sites. We aren't responsible for their content, whether they are available, or how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.
Availability
We work to keep the site running, but we don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, for example for maintenance.
No warranties
We provide the site as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms.
Limitation of liability
As far as Philippine law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site, not being able to use it, or relying on what it says. This includes lost profits, lost data and time your business can't operate.
This doesn't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Governing law
Philippine law governs these terms. Any dispute about them or the site goes to the proper courts of the Philippines. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to settle it together.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
