AI chatbots

An AI chatbot for Viber, WhatsApp and Messenger that answers from your records.

An AI chatbot replies to the messages customers send every day, like prices, stock and order status, takes simple orders, and passes the chat to a person when it needs one. Orvyn builds chatbots for businesses in the Philippines on the chat app your customers already use, answering from your own business records.

What it handles

The questions your staff answer over and over.

A chatbot earns its keep on repeat messages. Anything unusual still reaches a person on your team.

Everyday questions

Prices, stock, delivery areas and how to pay, answered without waiting for someone to be free.

Simple orders

Customers pick items and quantities in the chat, and the order reaches your team or your system.

Handoff to a person

Complaints, special requests and anything it isn't sure about go to a staff member.

Your own records

Replies come from your product list, prices and orders, not from guesses.

WhatsApp, Viber or Messenger?

Which chat app your chatbot should use.

Pick the app your customers already message you on, and we can connect more than one. Each app has its own rules and fees for business bots.

  1. WhatsApp.Meta charges per message the business sends. Messages from customers are free, and each business number gets a free tier of 1,000 service messages a month.

  2. Viber.Viber charges chatbot owners a monthly maintenance fee of EUR 115 per bot, plus a bill for messages the chatbot starts. Session messages are included in the fee.

  3. Messenger. The Messenger Platform is free to use. The customer has to start the conversation.

Fees as published by Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform pricing, Messenger Platform overview) and the Viber Help Center (Bot commercial model), checked 2026-10-02. They change, so we confirm the current fees with you before you decide.

How we set it up

From your busiest chats to a chatbot customers can use.

  1. 01 · Collect

    List what customers ask

We go through your chats with you, list the questions that keep coming, and agree which ones the bot answers. You get a scope and a quote.

  2. 02 · Connect

Link your records and the app

The bot reads from your product list, prices and orders, and we connect it to the chat app you chose.

  3. 03 · Test

    Try it before customers do

You chat with working versions in stages and tell us where an answer is wrong or the tone is off.

  4. 04 · Launch

    Your staff take the handoffs

Customers start getting replies, and your team picks up the chats the bot passes on. Changes go to the people who built it.
