Trucking management system for Santa Rosa haulers.
Santa Rosa's ordinances keep 10-wheelers off the National Highway from 6 to 9 AM and 4 to 7 PM. A 2010 rule adding 6-wheelers was set aside in 2011 after complaints from local businesses. This is how small fleets running Technopark and SLEX loads keep every trip and its signed receipt on one record.
- 10-wheelers
- Off the National Highway 6 to 9 AM and 4 to 7 PM

Santa Rosa's 10-wheeler ban, as its ordinances stand.
The ban goes back to 1993 and was last restated in 2005. Each trip carries its pickup and drop-off times, so dispatch can check National Highway runs against the ban before the truck leaves.
National Highway hours for ten-wheelers
- Trucks with ten wheels on the National Highway, from the Barangay Dita rotonda to the Tagapo and Platero (Biñan) boundary
- And from the South Expressway exit in Pulong Santa Cruz out through Barangay Balibago
- 6 to 9 AM and 4 to 7 PM
How it changed
- 1994: Ordinance No. 145-'94 set a ₱500 fine for each violation, effective July 11, 1994
- 1999: the ban was extended toward Laguna Technopark in Don Jose, then voided in 2005 at the request of investors and traders
- 2010: 6-wheelers were added, because they were waiting in Santa Rosa for nearby towns' ban hours to end
- 2011: the 6-wheeler rule was set aside after complaints from local businessmen
A scan of the city council's online ordinances from 2000 to 2025 found no later truck ban ordinance, and the ₱500 fine dates from 1994.
