Transport Management System · Calamba, Laguna

Trucking management system for Calamba haulers.

Calamba's new truck ban, Ordinance No. 929, was due on August 1, 2026 and is on hold while the city consults PEZA. The 2011 traffic code still fines truck route violations. This is how small fleets running to Calamba's ecozones, dry port and warehouses keep every trip and its signed receipt on one record.

Truck ban

Calamba's truck ban is on hold. Plan for both outcomes.

On July 28, 2026, Mayor Roseller Rizal met PEZA officials and the Cluster 1 zone managers, and the city deferred Ordinance No. 929. We couldn't find its hours, roads or truck classes published online, so trips here carry their times and can be checked against the rules once they're out.

Ordinance No. 929

  • Was due to take effect on August 1, 2026
  • Deferred so the city can review the position papers from PEZA and other stakeholders
  • The mayor said it won't be enforced until consultations with affected stakeholders are done
  • PEZA said the delay keeps raw materials, components and finished goods moving for the ecozones

The 2011 traffic code

  • City Ordinance No. 511, S. 2011, the 2011 Calamba City Traffic Code
  • Truck routes and limited truck ban violations: ₱500 for the first offense, ₱750 for the second and ₱1,000 for the third (Section 137)
  • Enforced by the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO), 2nd Floor, CDRRM Building, New City Hall Compound
  • POSO phone: (049) 545-6789, local 8024, 8025 or 8026

Sources: PortCalls, August 3, 2026, the POSO page and the POSO citizen's charter (2025, 1st edition), which reproduces Section 137 of City Ordinance No. 511, all checked October 1, 2026. A summary, not legal advice.

SLEX

Toll rates and new lanes on the way into Calamba.

CALAX joins SLEX at Mamplasan in Biñan, not in Calamba. On SLEX, the toll classes for trucks are Class 2 and Class 3.

  • Alabang to Calamba. From July 1, 2026: ₱274 for Class 2 (light delivery trucks) and ₱411 for Class 3 (heavy haulers, semi-trailers and large delivery lorries).
  • Calamba to Sto. Tomas. ₱74 for Class 2 and ₱111 for Class 3.
  • Wider SLEX. Six lanes each way from Susana Heights to Calamba were due to open in December 2024. The old Calamba Main Toll Plaza has been decommissioned.
  • Ayala Greenfield Interchange. A 3x3-lane interchange in Calamba broke ground in October 2024, meant to work as a bypass and ease traffic in the city.

Sources: PortCalls (June 28, 2026, November 28, 2024 and October 15, 2024), all checked October 1, 2026. Toll rates change; check the current ones before quoting a trip.

Ecozones and warehouses

Where Calamba trucks load and unload.

PEZA lists eight operating manufacturing ecozones in Calamba: Calamba Premiere International Park, Carmelray Industrial Parks I and II, Carmelray International Business Park, Filinvest Technology Park-Calamba, Light Industry & Science Park II, SMPIC and YTMI Realty.

  • Laguna Gateway Inland Container Terminal. ICTSI's 21-hectare dry port in Barangay San Cristobal, set up in 2015. In July 2026 its customs certificate was renewed to 2029, now as an inland container terminal.
  • Maersk distribution center. ₱4.8 billion, opened October 30, 2024, with 73 docks for all truck sizes.
  • FAST Logistics crossdock. Opened December 2025. It consolidates consumer goods and delivers them to south Luzon retailers on fixed departure schedules.
  • ALogis Calamba. DB Schenker leases 18,000 sqm there for automotive contract logistics, from June 2023, and Newbie Station took 33,400 sqm in September 2023.

Sources: PEZA's ecozone list (as of June 30, 2024) and PortCalls (July 29, 2026, October 30, 2024, December 1, 2025, May 31, 2023 and October 15, 2023), all checked October 1, 2026.

Not Ordinance No. 929, as of PortCalls' August 3, 2026 report: the city deferred it until consultations with PEZA and other stakeholders are done. Ask the Public Order and Safety Office for the current status before you plan around it.

Under the 2011 traffic code, ₱500 for the first offense, ₱750 for the second and ₱1,000 for the third, according to the POSO citizen's charter.

No. It runs the work around each trip: bookings, assignments, delivery records and proof of delivery. If you use GPS, keep it.

It depends on your fleet size and how you work. We show it to you first, then send a quote.
