Trucking management system for Biñan fleets.
Biñan bans trucks with six or more wheels from 5 to 9 AM and 4 to 9 PM on weekdays, and not at all on weekends. It counts wheels, not weight. This is how small fleets running Laguna Technopark and CALAX loads keep every trip and its signed receipt on one record.
- Monday to Friday
- No trucks 5 to 9 AM and 4 to 9 PM
- Saturday and Sunday
- No truck ban
- Which trucks
- Six wheels and up, under the Traffic Code of 2005

In Biñan, the wheel count decides the truck ban.
The city says its truck ban isn't based on a vehicle's weight but on its wheels. Each trip carries its pickup and drop-off times, so dispatch can check weekday runs against the ban before the truck leaves.
