Transport Management System · Bacoor, Cavite

Trucking management system for Bacoor haulers.

Bacoor keeps cargo trucks off its main roads from 5 to 9 AM and 3 to 9 PM, and off part of Zapote-Salawag Road every day. This is how small fleets plan around it and keep every trip and its signed receipt on one record.

Truck ban

Plan Bacoor trips around the truck ban, not after it.

The ban is in Section 85 of Bacoor's Revised Traffic Code, City Ordinance No. 47-2013, as amended in 2025. Each trip carries its pickup and drop-off times, so dispatch can check them against the ban hours before the truck leaves.

The ban

  • No cargo truck on Evangelista Road, Aguinaldo Highway, Daang Hari, Molino Boulevard or Tirona Highway from 5 to 9 AM and from 3 to 9 PM
  • Every day except Sundays and holidays
  • Zapote-Salawag Road, from the Daang Hari junction to Zapote, is closed to cargo trucks every day
  • The text says cargo truck and sets no weight or wheel limit

Limited passes

  • Petroleum deliveries, and international messenger and package deliveries
  • Perishable goods in commercial quantity
  • Utility emergency vehicles, armored and marked vehicles, and government infrastructure vehicles with a trip pass
  • City garbage trucks. Other LGUs' garbage trucks may use only Aguinaldo Highway, Daang Hari, Zapote-Salawag Road from Daang Hari to Salawag, and Coastal Road
  • Private trucks whose owners paid the yearly exemption fee

The exemption fee is ₱10,000 a year and buys a Truck Ban Exemption sticker for the windshield, under rules the City Mayor approves. Ordinance No. 428-2025 was approved on March 10, 2025 and signed on March 13, 2025. It takes effect after publication, which we haven't been able to confirm. Parking and fees

Where a truck can't wait in Bacoor.

City Ordinance No. 407-2024 bans parking for all motor vehicles on 17 national and provincial roads and on 106 city roads and solidarity routes.

  • National and provincial roads. Among them Gen. E. Aguinaldo Highway from Zapote Bridge to the Imus boundary, Molino Road, Daang Hari Road, Tirona Highway, Bacoor-Imus Diversion Road and Salinas Road.
  • Towing and fines. Under City Ordinance No. 47-2019, the Bacoor Traffic Management Department can tow or clamp. Fines for individuals are ₱3,000, then ₱4,000, then ₱5,000 with 30 to 60 days in jail.
  • Pass-through fees. City Ordinance No. 349-2024 is titled as suspending pass-through fees for vehicles carrying goods on national and city roads, including solidarity routes in private subdivisions.

No. It isn't a GPS or map tool. Trips carry their times, so the office can schedule around the 5 to 9 AM and 3 to 9 PM ban.

The ordinance says cargo trucks and sets no weight or wheel limit. If you're unsure whether yours count, ask the Bacoor Traffic Management Department.

The ordinance lists limited passes for some trips, like petroleum, perishable goods and package deliveries, and a ₱10,000 yearly exemption sticker for private trucks. The sticker follows rules the City Mayor approves.
